Hotels
A number of rooms have been pre-booked for the participants at special rates in several local hotels (see below for cost of single room with breakfast) and will be reserved on a first come/first served basis.

*Please note that the booking fee is €12.20 per one booking through the ESRIN Travel Agency.
Transportation
No transportation has been organised for the event. In case of need, participants can book taxis with Piccirilli taxi service/tel. (+39) 33 777 5000/email fausto.piccirilli@gmail.com. The agreed taxi fare for Frascati-ESRIN is 10 euros.
Dinner
The dinner on 21 Sep will take place at Ristorante Cacciani. There will be no transportation provided, as it is walking distance from the hotels.
