This talk explores connections between the neutrino sector and supersymmetry. We will discuss how the unnaturally small couplings and masses in the neutrino sector could be connected to high scale supersymmetry. We will also discuss how an underlying supersymmetric framework can qualitatively modify the observable properties of sterile neutrino dark matter.
