Attached is a draft proposal for the agenda for the LHCC Comprehensive
Review of WLCG on 19 and 20 November (Monday all day and Tuesday
morning). I have exchanged mails on this with Francesco Forti who asks
for a wide participation of people from regional centres and from people
working in the trenches. Please bear this in mind when proposing
participants and making suggestions for the programme.

Francesco also asks for demonstrations where experiments show how they
actually do the work in the distributed environment. In this draft
Tuesday morning has a general overview of the WLCG service and a general
presentation on the status (readiness) of the experiments, and then 2
hours for experiment-specific sessions, which would allow
demonstrations, or presentations on other topics. 

Please give feedback as soon as possible, in preparation for a
discussion at the MB on 18 September. We need to decide quickly on who
will make presentations so that they can reserve their travel. In
particular proposals should be made for Tier-1s and Tier-2s in the
session on Monday afternoon, and also for people who could do the
summaries for these session. 

Note that there will be the regular meeting with the LHCC referees on
Monday 24 September at 12:00-13:45. Jamie Shiers is organizing the
agenda for this.

I will be on holiday from now, back at work on 27 September. I do not
know what email access I will have so please copy Ian Bird on anything
urgent.
