Things that could be done in a July reprocessing:
 * deadOTX correction from L1  (some fix against the small noise induced by the correction are being made)
 * dedicated calibration for egamma for regions with dead PS and layer 3 OTX (software exists, needs some DB filling, python)
 * maybe some fine tuning of bad channel list, but a priori nothing very critical

 * Since what happens with pileup over the next weeks is more unknown, this is maybe where a reprocessing could be useful
 if we start at some stage to have different noise / energy shifts constants used at Tier0, to provide a more uniform data set,
 but we should probably wait to see those data to decide.
