Subscription: You can also subscribe to the workshop calendar on your favorite calendar management program or on a mobile device like iPhone and other smart phones*.
To subscribe to the calendar on your computer via iCal or Outlook express click on the link below. Alternately go to your calendar program and choose Subscription from the menu items and paste the following link. Make sure to select refresh rate to something of the order of 5 minutes. (Do not use manual refresh).

For iPhone: Tap on Settings. Tap on "Mail, Contacts, Calendars". Under accounts tab, tap on "Add Account...". Tap on "Other". Under Calendars, tap on "Add Subscribed Calendar". When prompted for server address just enter "goo.gl/7kRid" and tap Next. On the next screen tap Save and you should be all set.
Other phones and mobile devices: Something similar as in case of iPhone should suffice. Key is to look for calendar subscription option in the settings/preferences for your calendar app or in the account settings.
