Wednesday June 17

• Opening ceremony: welcome speech by the Academic Authority of the University of Geneva
• Evening at CERN : official welcome buffet offered by JISC followed by "drink sharing". Welcome speech by Jens Vigen, Director of the CERN Sientific Information Service. A bus transfer is organised from the city to CERN and back.
  The drink sharing evening is a chance to network with your workshop colleagues. It is a very informal evening and participants are invited to bring along a bottle of something to share.
  

Thursday June 18

• Aperitif offered by Microsoft on the roof of Uni Mail

• Free evening - proposition of restaurants in the Old Town proposing typical Swiss meals:
  • Le Pied de Cochon
  • Les Armures
  • Le Soupçon
