Regarding Family arrangements,kindly note that the 1st child will be accommodated Free of Charge while the 2nd child or the 3rd adult (over 11,99 years old) will be granted 50% discount of the initial prices.
It is also important to mention as a reference the name of the Conference (ICNFP2013) on their correspondence so as to recognize the participants and thus offer above special rates.
Payment for each booking will be made individually. Upon confirmation one nights charge as deposit is necessary to guarantee the reservation.
