OAC accommodation and conference facilities

OAC provides an all-inclusive conference package.
 

The cost, which includes accommodation, full board, coffee breaks and conference facilities, is:

 

  • 115 Euro per day per person in a single room
  • 90 Euro per person per day in a double room. 
The cost for accompanying persons staying in OAC and sharing a double room is 60 Euro per day including accommodation and meals.

Please note that participants staying in a Hotel outside OAC, should pay 55 EU per day to OAC for use of conference facilities, lunch and dinner.

OAC accommodation and meals

OAC has 60 rooms, which are all double, with either two beds or a double bed, and out of which 5 are suites (two rooms, with a double bed in the one and a sofa in the other room). All have their own bathroom and most have a sea-view and air-conditioning.

OAC provides breakfast and two meals per day, which are served in the dining room of the foundation. During the summer months, when the weather is good, meals are served on the big veranda of OAC, providing a magnificent sea view.

There is a breakfast buffet and warm meals for lunch and dinner. The meals follow the traditional Cretan cuisine and include starters, salad, main course, fruit/dessert, as well as local wine and water.

There are two coffee breaks per day, one in the morning, one in the afternoon, including coffee, tea, orange juice and biscuits/cake.

Payment for OAC accommodation and conference facilities
 

Payments at the academy can be made in one of the two following ways:
  1. In cash (in Euros only). Note that there is a bank with an ATM in Kolymbari accepting VISA, Master, and Maestro cards.
  2. By Credit Card (Mastercard or Visa)
  3. By bank transfer to the OAC Bank Account  
For Bank Transfers the participants should make sure to provide
  1. Name
  2. Name of conference
  3. Dates of conference

Please note that participants staying in hotels are expected to pay a total of 55 Euro per day to OAC for meals (30 Euros) and conference facilities (25 Euros).
