We demonstrate the enabling aspect of the technologies originally developed for running High Energy Physics applications on the EGEE Grid. We show two applications: a Geant 4 simulation used in the dosimetric studies and the ISDEP application used for the calculation of the kinetic transport in TJ-II, ITER and LHD.
