Common Machine Coordination Meeting
The aim of this maximum 30 minute meeting every Monday morning is to coordinate "special" activities for the entire accelerator complex and to optimise machine operation for the week. MD's, accesses and special activities should be discussed and whenever possible synchronised between the different machines with he purpose to maximise beam time.
The meeting is attended by the acting machine coordinators and chaired by the acting SPS machine coordinator.
The meeting usually take place at 10:00 in 874-R-018 (CCC glass box)
