During this GOOD shift 8 new tickets were created and several tickets were updated and closed. Status of the tickets in SEE-GRID-2 Helpdesk after this week is given below: Current overall number of not closed tickets is: 56 Open: 27 In Progress: 13 Waiting for Response: 16 Unassigned: 0 During the month I wrote CERN contribution to deliverable D3.4 http://indico.cern.ch/conferenceDisplay.py?confId=31657. We covered the following topics: GStat, WiatG, RB/WMS monitoring tool, SEE-GRID repository service and Dwarf. I give support to Simone Dalla Fina from EU-India installation for RB/WMS monitoring tool installation (http://eu-india-02.pd.infn.it/rbwmsmon/monitoring.html).
