- good news everyone, we got the official blessing for the workshop to happen

- INDICO registration & abstract submission is open

- Payment link will be sent by e-mail (@Alexandr maybe send me the original mail with the macros you use in case you don't want to e-mail to all participants yourself ?)

- Hotel, Christoph booked the opera hotel but with free cancellation, maybe other options turn up

- Chris will put some meaningful program blocks on the website in order to make more clear what people can expect from the workshop

Some good ideas were exchanged concerning the program and possible hot topics, here is a list (thanks Todd for taking these notes in the chat !)

- Round the room mic considered a success should happen first day before first coffe break

- Mirons intros and outros on topic track boundaries are welcome and should be foreseen in the timetable

- How are US pools setup in diffferent environments (Kubernetes, glideins, ???)

- EL9 transition was very painful; how to avoid repeat in EL10

- Troubleshooting common problems in HTC (Stale processes etc.)

- ARC-CE condor pool -> Chris has volunteered for a talk here

- Section on Glideins foccused on bursting into HPC centers

- Other workflows: DASK SPARC, Snakemake, Python-first workflows, AI-workflows (PyTorch) incl. containers working with GPUs

- A 2nd show us your toolbox/interactive style session focused on policies, rules configuration -> "Show us your pool"
