LHC physics day dedicated to the exploration by ATLAS and CMS of the issues and tools that will enable the characterization of new physics at the LHC. A hands-on tutorial on OSET techniques, coordinated by Philip Schuster and Natalia Toro, will take place the day before the meeting. To register, and provide input on the choice of topics, see http://indico.cern.ch/conferenceDisplay.py?confId=109965
