Technical Overview:
Airports: Dallas Ft. Worth International Airport (DFW) and Dallas Love Field (DAL)
Love Field is very close to campus, a minimal cab ride. DFW is a bit further. A few major airlines fly into Love Field and Southwest only flies into Love Field.

Meeting: We will be in the Heroy Building which is directly attached to the Fondren Science building where the Physics Department is. We will be in Heroy 153: http://smu.edu/maps/flash/default.asp?b=27. There isn't much visitor parking on this side of campus. Visitor parking is available on the other end of campus: http://smu.edu/maps/flash/default.asp?b=50.
Remote Participation (EVO):
Tuesday night dinner: Peggy Sue's. Good Texas BBQ. $15 per person excluding alcohol, that will be on your own, but they do have.
Dinner is: Brisket, Sausage, Turkey, Cole Slaw, Corn, Green Beans, Peach Cobbler and Ice Cream. Non Alcoholic drink included.
