After all the lectures, visits, virtual talks and other official activities we are very happy to finally invite you to this year’s Summer Student Welcome Drink(s)!

This is our first official social event and a wonderful chance for you to finally get to know the other students a little better. Don’t forget to have your favourite drink(s) cold and ready (or warm, depending on the hemisphere and personal preference).
As you may have noticed, having a call with 200+ participants can be a bit crowded, so our plan is to split you into various breakout rooms. We would love to get your input if you have any ideas for what groups we could create. Please feel free to give us your suggestions when you register (this could be by region, course, topic for conversation or any other ideas you think would be interesting).
We are looking forward to seeing you all there and pretending for 90 minutes we haven’t all been stuck at home all this time.
