Description
It has been almost a year since we wrote the licensing technical note: http://hepsoftwarefoundation.org/notes/HSF-TN-2016-01.pdf released in Feb of 2016 and the authors feel that it is time for a second revision due to all of the activity in this field. We'd like to schedule a meeting to discuss this.
