What
The stage will be focused on poomsae and self defence techniques. The workshop consists on four blocks of 3 hours each.
The training will be held by the master Philippe Montosi, Silver medal at the 10th WTF World Taekwondo Poomsae Championship 2016 - Perú.

Afternoon: 14:00-17:00
How
The stage is open to everybody.
Adult full (half) day: 35 (20) CHF
Adult from CERN/IlGi, full (half) day: 25 (15) CHF
Child full (half) day: 15 (10) CHF
Child from CERN/IlGi, full (half) day: 8 (5) CHF
Teenagers are allowed to participate to the training. The rules in this case are:
- The parents must provide proof of insurance.
- One of the parents (or a major person designated as responsible) must attend the session with the child.
- Their parents must sign the disclaimer.
