The focus of this workshop will be on the remaining open questions about the GEM/CSC upgrades scheduled for the LS2 and LS3 shutdowns as part of the Phase-2 CMS muon system upgrade. In addition to technical aspects, the workshop goals include review and refinement of the current project schedule, distribution of responsibilities among participating institutions, project milestones, cost estimates and other project management topics.
