The Workshop on High Energy Physics Phenomenology (WHEPP) is a series of international workshops on Particle Physics, with the main focus being on particle physics phenomenology and its relation to both formal theory and experiment. They are held in every alternate years and constitute the most important international event in particle physics phenomenology which is held regularly in India. The activities of this workshop cover almost entire area of particle physics dividing into various working groups according to topics. The upcoming edition will be held in IIT Guwahati.
Early Bird Registration Fee (Till November 5, 2019): (i) for faculty members: INR 10000 + GST (18%)=11800 (ii) for postdoc/students: INR 9000 + GST (18%)=10620.
Late Registration Fee (During November 6-15, 2019): (i) for faculty members: INR 12000 + GST (18%)=14160 (ii) for postdoc/students: INR 11000 + GST (18%)=12980.
Participation is by invitation only. Last dates for sending participation request (September 15), online registration (October 31) and payment of registration fees (November 15) are now over. Participants working outside India are required to pay the fees at conference venue. Invitations sent to other participants who did not confirm their participation by paying the fees before deadline stand cancelled.
