Registration to the Workshop is now open!
Dear participants, please proceed with the registration if you are attending this meeting and you do not have a valid access card.
After your registration you will receive a link where you are required to provide your date of birth, place of birth and nationality.
Following that, you will receive an access code using which you can print your visitor's card at the Main Reception (N°33) at the printing terminal open from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm.
Outside the opening hours of the Main Reception, you can collect the card from the security guard at Entrance B."
You can also print the document attached to the e-mail at home following the instructions in the e-mail.
If accommodation is needed, it is in your interest to check the options and availability as from now, by contacting the CERN Housing service . Otherwise, Kayla Decker will be making your accommodation reservation at a local hotel.
