Description

Fab Labs are rapidly spreading around the world and hold promise of changing the way we produce, consume and share knowledge. But what are Fab Labs and how can they boost the social and technological innovation of our region ? Which kind of synergies can they establish with startups and local business?

A physicist by training, Cristina Olivotto started to work in the field of science communication and education during her PhD at the University of Milan. In 2017, she co-founded Onl'Fait, the first pedagogical Fab Lab in Geneva.

...and of course, afterwards we will go to Restaurant 1 of CERN to enjoy a round of refreshments and good conversations.
