The traditional ICMP Human Rights session aims to provide a forum to discuss human rights issues. This year the session will be dedicated to Equal Opportunities and the Advancement of Women.

Submission deadline: 10th May

Notification of outcome: 28th May

 

Submission guidelines

General information: Selected measures will be presented during the Human Rights Session (ideally by participants onsite, to the extent allowed by the current Covid-19 situation), and will be of a maximum of 15min (including 5 min Q&A).

Presentations should be in English. Selected Presenters will be offered a free congress dinner.

 

Description of the measure (total of 300-500 words)

• A short introduction/description of the measure including the type of measure you would like to present.

• The challenges faced, the benefits and the lessons to be learnt / or any advice you would like to share.

 

Selection procedure

All submissions will be reviewed and the final selection will be done by the ICMP Human Rights Session organizers. The majority of remaining submissions will be accepted for the printed version of the Human Rights Session Programme which will also be available online.

 

Notification of acceptance

Notification of acceptance or rejection will be sent by 28th May 2021.

Selected presenters will be contacted and allocated a maximum of 10 minutes presentation and 5 min Q&A (total Session duration 90 minutes) in the ICMP Human Rights session, 6th August 2021.

Presentations must be made in English. Selected Presenters will have free congress dinner.
