Assembly drawings
1. Cross check octagonal dimensions --> Michal OK
2. Hatching OK
3. Total length 270.6 verification and validation --> (Delio and Cedric, confirm that checked) OK, agreed on drawings approval and change control
4. Interfaces with beam screen and plug-in module --> (to verify with Cedric and Delio, confirm that checked) OK, agreed on drawings approval and change control
5. Add fit diameters between body and transitions ⇒ NOK, but agreed that it's not mandatory
6. BOM: elastic washers SS 301 --> replace with 316L(N) or CuBe OK, 316L
7. Headless screw --> Jeveka OK, suppliers removed
8. Specify silver coating for the fasteners on the assembly drawings OK
9. Delete EDMS reference for the ACC OK
10. Pos. 18 and 19 --> move to the 3D view OK
11. Add missing threads dimensions on the assembly drawings OK
12. Add transitions lengths OK
13. Would it be possible to add a beam screen and plug-in modules in dashed lines to one of the views (top left)? OK, done, but not associated with the 3D model
14. Amorphous carbon coating is done without installing (list all the positions you don't need during the ACC, electrodes feedthroughs, etc.) OK, referred to EDMS with engineering specification

LHCBPMQST_0016
1. D13.5g6 --> check with the hole on the bodies, make sure there is a radial gap min 0.025 mm OK, LHCBPMQST_0016  has been modified to accommodate the required gap (Dmitry)

LHCBPMQFT0007
1. 120mm between holes --> reduce position tolerance to 0.05 mm OK

LHCBPMQST_A0008 and LHCBPMQST_B0009
1. CF holes depth to be modified to allow min 4 mm material thickness between the conical tip of the hole and the inner surfaces OK, the minimum thickness is 3.6 mm (Dmitry)
2. D13.5H7 --> check with the hole on the bodies, make sure there is a radial gap min 0.025 mm, OK, LHCBPMQST_0016  has been modified to accommodate the required gap (Dmitry)
3. Position tolerance between CF holes --> reduce to 0.1, move reference "X" to CF gasket cylindrical interface OK, done on both drawings (Dmitry)
4. UF feature in top-right view? OK, done on both drawings (Dmitry)
5. Check octagonal shape dimensions (difference in the title block and on the drawing's views 112.1 mm vs. 114.1 mm) OK, removed from the title blocks (Dmitry)

LHCBPMQST_A0007 and LHCBPMQST_B0002
1. Mount brackets before welding OK, discussed with the main workshop, not an option
2. Welding arrow location OK

LHCBPMQST_A0003, LHCBPMQST_A0004, LHCBPMQST_B0003, LHCBPMQST_B0004
1. Cross-check octagonal dimensions with VSC beam screen OK
2. How inspected (question for MME manufacturing)? OK, checked, they do test weld, then cut and inspect. For BPM quality --> visual inspection and CMM
3. 99.55 mm --> check with VSC OK
4. RF fingers in three different positions: free, nominal, and max, with stroke value for each NOK, but we agreed not to do it.
5. Remove the "before installation" note OK, notes removed
6. Hatching OK

LHCBPMQST_A0001, LHCBPMQST_A0005, LHCBPMQST_B0005, LHCBPMQST_B0007
1. Why do we need R1? Such a big radius? OK, R reduced
2. Holes D5.4 --> D5.6 OK, done

LHCBPMQST_B0031
1. Change material to 316L --> SCEM 44.59.20.150.0 OK, done
2. Remove tolerances OK, tolerances updated and explained

LHCBPMQST_B0030
1. a-->b tolerance? OK, tolerances explained

Tube brackets:
1. Change material to 316L(N) OK

D2 BPMs Body
1. Check D of a copper gasket OK, dimensions are as per catalogue
2. Localisation of asset number plate holes OK, dimension added
3. Milling of the surface for the asset number plate  OK, dimension added
4. Check options to have bigger wall thickness (see view G-G) OK
5. Increase tolerance for the cooling tube interface hole OK

Transitions LHCBPMQBC_A0002 vs. LHCBPMQST_A0003
--> we would like to understand the difference in assembly processes between A/B type and D2 type octagonal transitions, and possibly select one configuration but let's discuss OK, design inherited from TE-VSC

LHCBPMQBC_A0004
1. holes diameters 5.4-->5.6 OK

LHCBPMQST_A0002

Question about UZ - offset zone OK, explained
