HPA section in BE/GM

Main goal:

• Track data for assets (~250 positions)
• Will base work on eamLight
• Tree with dependencies will be created in advance (how many?)
• Work orders created (with check-lists) and filled in during the task execution

Tool for planning the work (calendar) ?

Asset tab needs to be clarified

Location tab access issue?

Work-order tab - update custom-fields from check-list. Open service-now ticket for parts?

Next steps:

• Sarah and Andreas continue to document the expected procedure
• Meet again in 2 weeks in SM18 for prototype installation and look at work-orders/checklists
• Another iteration with LHC configuration service to create GM functional positions (LS3)
• Goran and Lars to discuss whether something new/complex is required to help BE/GM
