General comment:
- “man ncm-useraccess” provides all needed documentation.
- to insure that non-root cron jobs run correctly, one needs “/software/components/useraccess/acl_services” list to contain at least “sshd”.

- review default config on core CDB templates and hw vendor access (LM, VL)
- review “add_root_access” CDB PAN function (LM)
- Can we have a “add_interactive_access” ? no: not really possible
