Description
Status of the framework for simulation of CLIC Decelerator and Test Beam Line, First look to correct the ground motion in the BDS with an SVD algorithm including IP feedback
Participants: E. Adli, A. Aksoy, G. Balik, J. Barranco, L. Brunetti, R. Corsini, A. Dabrowski, B. Dalena, A. Dubrovskiy, K. Elsener, M. Jonker, E. Koukovini, E. Marin, D. Schulte, H. Shaker, K. Sjoebaek, J. Snuverink, G. Sterbini, F. Stulle, R. Tomas, A. Vivoli E.A. presented the simulation framework used for the drive beam decelerator and the test beam line. The scripts evolved during simulations of decelerator and TBL and were now cleaned up. They separate required user input from internal details of the study. Steps how to continue and how to make the framework more versatile have been discussed. J.S. showed results of BDS simulations with ground motion and feedback. As a correction algorithm SVD was used. Some noise is induced by the feedback which needs to be understood. Further studies are required to improve performance.
