-Cold startup of Amplitude Laser system

-Initial rough alignment:

  -Switching back and forth between low power mode and ionizing mode

  -Dynamic delay mode

  -Checking VLC cameras

-Alignment laser gui (time permitted, will be difficult to deal with remotely)
