    Description

    As members of the CLIC/CTF3 Collaboration will no doubt be aware, the details of the CERN budget for next year (2011) and in the medium term (to 2015) are being discussed in special meetings of the SPC, Finance Committee and Council. The implications for the CLIC programme are potentially serious.

    It is therefore important to inform the Collaboration of the situation and the steps that we have already taken to limit the damage to the programme, and to allow discussion of what other steps might be necessary.

    Given the short notice and the urgency of the situation, it is proposed that the meeting be held via WebEx.
