Symposium: Symposia provide an opportunity to examine one topic in depth, preferably from different perspectives. Symposium sessions are directed by one or more chairpersons, involving short presentations and some time devoted to discussion. The symposium abstract proposals must include a 2-page abstract, outlining the whole symposium, and a 2-page abstract of each individual contribution. Together, a maximum of a 10-page document should be submitted as an abstract proposal, using this template.
Oral presentation: Oral presentations are of 15 minutes duration, plus 5 minutes discussion time. The abstract proposal is limited to 2 pages, including figures, tables (if applicable) and references. Please, use the proposed template.
Poster presentation: Poster sessions involve a text and graphic display of materials that are thematically grouped. Groups of papers are encouraged. These posters will be presented at the poster fair. The template for poster proposals is the same as for the oral presentations, and it can be found here.
