Welcome to the registration page for the PIRE GEMADARC Summer School and Collaboration Meeting.
The collaboration meeting portion is reserved for members of the PIRE-GEMADARC collaboration, whereas the summer school is open to all interested graduate and upper year undergraduate students.
The registration fee for the summer school is CAD 250 and the registration fee for the collaboration meeting is CAD 125.
The registration fees cover lunch, coffee breaks, and a banquet (one for the summer school and one for the collaboration meeting). The registration fee for the summer school also includes an excursion on Saturday 25th June. The registration fee must be paid at time of registration, using the link below.
Rooms can be booked through Queen's University for approx CAD 115/night using the link below. Please note that one room actually contains two bedrooms connected by a bathroom in the middle. Students are generally expected to share one of these rooms, while senior members are expected to book one of these rooms to themselves. During the room booking, you will be prompted to enter the name of the person you plan to share a room with, only one person needs to make the reservation.
Optional breakfast vouchers will be available on site, for CAD 12 per buffet breakfast.
