3. Tier 2 status

AndreaS reports that no addtional Tier2's have completed the deployment of dual-stack. The stats look marginally better because one site has been suspended.  There has been no change to the US ATLAS status spreadsheet.

We plan to meet in person at CERN - yes!  Video connecitivity will also be available of course.
