All the talks and breaks will take place in the Orsay Campus of Paris-Saclay. To reach it, you need to take the RER B and stop at Orsay-Ville station. No activity will take place on the plateau of the Paris-Saclay campus.
Plenary sessions will take place in Buidling 200, a 10-15 min. walk from the RER B station, so anticipate this.
Parallel session A (and all the joint sessions) will also take place in Building 200.
Parallel session B & C will also take place in Building 100 (<5 min. walk to the RER B station).
Lunches will be served on Building 98.
Coffee breaks will be served near each of the conference rooms. Signs will be posted.
The cocktail and the art performance on Monday evening will take place in building 201 (Porte 4). Since we will not allow anyone to enter with a backpack, we will set up a cloakroom in building 200.

Tips:
- Note that you need special tickets from Paris, Massy or any other station to travel on RER B. Ticket t+ are not valid. There are frequent controls.
- If you buy a navigo pass where your name should be written and a picture is needed, please write your name and glue a picture. If you get controlled and it's not done, you will get a fine even if you really look like a tourist ...
