Emidio communicates that, according to the Doodle survey conducted, next phone conferences will be at 11.00 AM, Tuesday.

Emidio asks Peter about the status of DNA2.4.1: Peter reports about the progresses done with the text, and reports about the discussion ongoing on the NA2 ML, and says that focus should be on how EMI wants to support communities different than HEP, still focusing, at least initially, on research communities rather than commercial ones. Peter communicates that also inputs from middleware different than ARC are also needed.
Diana asks if we are going to have a separate meeting to discuss it, Emidio reports that he already asked PEB to contribute on the NA2 ML or participating to the phone conference, without luck yet. Diana suggest to involve just product teams leader, and perhaps project manager. Emidio suggests to issue a 'survey', Diana agrees on shaping it in form of a template, with a couple of sentences to be filled, sentences should regard product features and usability.
Emidio suggests to have another survey with potential EMI users, DCIs and other communities potentially interested to EMI middleware. Diana says that such a survey is already part of the plan which is going to be executed.
