The call for abstracts is open now. The deadline for registration and submitting extended abstracts is 30 September 2022.

The conference is one of the regular events of the Stardust network that emerged as EU FP7 ITN project in 2013. This year the conference will be held at ESA European Space Research and Technology Centre (ESTEC) in Noordwijk, Netherlands on 7-11 November 2022.

The conference aims to bring together world experts to review the current state-of-the-art in the both fields and discuss its future development. The conference will also share methods and results generated over the past four years within Stardust Reloaded H2020 ITN network to the scientific community, and to expose the participants, in particular the early stage researchers, to the research being actively conducted around the world in the fields of space debris and asteroids.

The conference will be run as the two parallel symposia:


Both in person and remote participation are welcome. The participation in the event is free of charge regardless of the option taken.

This site is used to manage registrations and abstract submissions. Please register yourself first, then submit an abstract for each of your intended contributions.
The registration to attend the conference will be open until 30 September 2022.
The deadline for submitting extended abstracts (500-700 words) is 30 September 2022.

Submitting a new abstract comprises the following consecutive steps:

Download and use abstract template
• Upload abstract as PDF file, 2 pages maximum.
• Choose a Symposium.
• Choose your preferred contribution type (oral or poster).
• Select primary author who will be considered as the presenter.
• Add optional co-authors.

Important note:

  • As part of the abstract submission process, you will be first asked to sign up for an CERN Indico guest account. If you do not have a CERN account, choose the External e-mail - Guest access option. Then choose the New user? Register option at the bottom of the next page and enter the required information. You may need to check your SPAM folder for the confirmation email.
