The participants are requested to familiarize themselves with the visa/e-visa requirements well in advance of the conference dates. Letters of invitation for visa purposes will be available upon request to the organizers at hep-chile@usm.cl. Passengers of a certain countries may be subject to a pay a Reciprocity Fee to enter Chile. For more information please contact the Chilean consulate of your country. Accompanying persons, if they are entering the country as tourists, are required to fill out a tourist form and hand in a copy of this form when leaving Chile.
