Oliver Pirotte informed that the installation of the TL4 adaptor is progressing well. Last modification requested by Teddy (increasing 90mm in height) was adopted. Once the model is updated with this modification will be provided to Antoine to update the integration model.
Oliver requested to SRF an answer for the location of the cryogenic rack in M7 bunker. Information provided after the meeting, the rack can not be located near the water cooling system (close to the CM entrance).
Thomas Barbe requested a slot to cable the new pressure sensor to the existing fieldbox (activity in the klystron area) and to cable the new PT sensor in the cabinet plus send signals to the FT racks (activity behind the vertical cryostats). Nuria will contact Thomas to coordinate both activities.
Remi Chalieux presented the cool down process of the cryomodule in M7 (pptx attached in indico). The cooldown process in the safe mode ( keeping delta 50K between 300K and 150K) could take around : 2 days (from 300K to 4.5K) + half day (filling) + 6h (pumping).
Bert Ivens explained that they are working to find a common solution for BA6 and M7 for instrumentation cables and field boxes. The space in BA6 is limited and the second beam pipe reduce the available space for the heater field box.
Gino Cipolla checked with EN-EL for the electric distribution needed for the IOT. The existing cable is enough but it is needed to install a new cabinet. Gino will provide dimensions to Antoine for the integration model. The cost of the cabinet will be around 5-7 kCHF.
Gino should provide information to Antoine related to the waveguides/RF coaxial lines.
Action list:
CRG: provide updated model to Antoine of the TL4 adaptor
SRF: Confirm location for the cryo rack location
Nuria will organize with Thomas the cabling.
AC to provide information to Antoine for the waveguides/RF coaxial lines
