EUMedGrid participated tot he WISDOM data challenge (from October to Decemeber 2006) with 5 sites over 11. The sites were prepared and configured in one month. Contacts in Clermont Ferrand: - Jean Salzemann - Vincent Breton Infrastructure requirements to run the DC: 1) WN - pre-installation of flexx (commercial programme) and autodock (equivalent open source programme) required - configuration of the BioMed VO - other packages are downloaded at runtime 2) CE - configuration of the BioMed VO - provide the CE details to DC organizers - the DC execution is done by the DC organizers 3) SE - at least 1 SE should be made available for each site - a second SE (replica of the first) is recommended (not mandatory) - configuration of the BioMed VO - SE should host some auxiliary applications needed at WN execution - SE should host all input data: drugs database (20 GB in the last DC = 2422 compounds, one job is generated per each compound) - the upload of the input data is a responsibility of the site Scripts are provided for the DC, not for the sites configuration. 500 hours validity was required for the certificates.
