      Brief investigation into deletions - things look better than suspected.

      Shoveler - seems to have lost connection between Shoveler machine (cms-rucio-services) and outside world since 18th June (network intervention). 

      Consistency checking back in place for RAL tape.

      Possible missing files in Echo - to be investigated.
