For test beam participation :

Hardware aspects :
-- prototype moving from Lyon to CERN to be organised.
-- SDHCAL prototype chamber checking for gas leaks :
   Inside SDHCAL : 28 chambers :  1 broken, 2 leaking chambers repaired (partially), 4 chambers leaking but out of reach.
                               : One DIF broken --> to be replaced.
                               : Electronics restart has been started.
   7 chambers outside SDHCAL OK both gas and alectronics.
   Potentially 2 other chambers can be reassembled around.
-- The outside 7 chambers is currently gas flushed and prepared for cosmic tests : will probably take some data next week
                       real test of new DAQ+streamout 


-- New HR3 electronics tests : issue with setting up DAQ control for new DIF : doesn't work : Lyon has not enough manpower to debug
-- Preparation of Cerenkov use not started.

Software aspects :
-- New DAQ software ready 
-- issue with "streamout" solved ( git clone https://github.com/SDHCAL/streamout.git )
-- Restart of Rémi DQM to be adressed.

Preparation :
Run the SDHCAL in Lyon, one week before sending it to CERN.
