 posium\, please register at  30th Anniversary of the TERA Foundation - re
 gistration and specify if you will take part in-person or remotely to the 
 event. TERA was founded on 15 September 1992 by Ugo Amaldi\, Elio Borgo
 novi\, Giampiero Tosi and Gaudenzio Vanolo. Few years later\, Roberto Orec
 chia joined the Board. Since 1995 the Accelerators and Detectors Section 
 is hosted by CERN (Bld.182) and most activities have been performed in col
 laboration with CERN physicists and engineers. Since 1992\, TERA has bee
 n active in Research and Development in hadron therapy\,  giving also 
 birth to successful offsprings. The main ones are the CNAO Foundation - wh
 ich has built and manages the Italian National Center for ion therapy in P
 avia\, the company ADAM - which in 2013 was bought by the UK Company AVO a
 nd is now building in Daresbury the first proton therapy linac called LIGH
 T\, and the start-up  EBA-Med - which is developing an AI-based cardio-k
 it that will allow the treatment of cardiac arrhythmias with commercial 
 proton therapy accelerators.At the Symposium\, the technical directors of
  the Foundation will describe chronologically thirty years of TERA activi
 ties and four illustrious keynote speakers will review the status of th
