General:

• Pawel presented his poster to the summer students community yesterday
• maintenance of a IV-CV probe station is still required (light isolation, lubricant for mechanical parts), will be discussed after 8th of August with Ruddy
• Joaquin plus a guest (sister) asked for a guided visit at our labs next week

Lab news:

• four CIVIDEC amplifiers are back from reparation -> undershoot problem should be fixed (to be checked)

Acceptor removal:

• Yana proposed to have an internal weekly (bi-weekly?) AR meeting to follow the project, discuss the results and plan the actions -> Anja and Vendula joined the idea
• This week and next week Anja is measuring gamma-irradiated EPI diodes, Yana will take the setup on the week of 8th of August to continue with CZ sensors (100 um, low fluence p,n-irradiation)
• We will offer a hand with DLTS/TSC to Susheel on the week of 15th of August
• Anja is focused on implementing comments to LGADs paper

Two Photon Absoption - TCT:

• Intervention with FYLA was successful -> laser is now stable with a single pulse
• new amplifier for reference -> no undershoot -> charge can also be as a reference
• calibrate the setup
• plasma measurements planned next
• meeting with Zurich for cold wafer bonding project -> Johannes Wuethrich will come the week of the 15.08 for a TPA-TCT and maybe defect spectroscopy campaign

Rogelio:

• Back in Madrid
• presented results of MPW2 TPA-TCT campaign to the MPW2 group -> the findings are very interesting
• MPW2 group proposed another campaign (to be discussed)
• ntof: data is on its way to Sevilla (~1TB data) -> analysis follows
• works on plasma and MPW2 papers -> intends to submit something in autumn

Marcos:

• at Testbeam with CMS-inner tracker: highly irradiated (7e16 protons) 3Ds and planars
• Zurich PCB did not withstand the high irradiation (were the planars were mounted) -> bonds were damaged at the PCB's side (probably due to a reaction of the halogen content inside the PCBs with the irradiation)
• RD53 boards with the 3D pixels are working fine even at this high irradiation
