Accommodation and Hospitality

Rooms will be available for conference participants in Collingwood College. Collingwood College is a short (5 to 10 minute) walk from the Mathematical Sciences and Computer Science Building, which will be the venue for the conference.

Accommodation in Collingwood College includes breakfasts and dinners (including the conference dinner) and is expected to cost around £60 per night. You will receive an email explaining how to reserve a room soon after 15 May once your registration has been approved.

  • Breakfasts will be provided at 8am in Collingwood College Dining Hall.
  • Lunch will be provided in the Mathematical Sciences and Computer Sciences Building close to the Scott Logic Lecture Theatre.
  • Dinners will be provided at 7pm in Collingwood College Dining Hall.

There will be a drinks reception at Collingwood College on Monday 24 July and the conference dinner will take place on Thursday 27 July.

For children up to 5 years old, it may be possible that childcare can be provided by Durham University Day Nursery. If you are interested in this option then please register as early as possible, ideally by the end of April, and we will contact you directly to discuss this possibility.
