1) General * Allow for zoom connection, but for the same fee (or 80% of the full fee) * Optimise American participation (evening sessions!) * Be careful of the default settings for INDICO, and make sure that the participant list is and will be visible for all and for ever. * Meet every second week * Complete the list of deliverables (with input from WP coordinators, e.g., for MDI or EPOL) ACTION: decide if a day of parallel talks is needed. 2) Common sessions Programme / Performance -> they'll have a Physics Coordination meeting (with all Physics Group conveners) on Tuesday 20 September, where the Physics Groups conveners will report about what they wish to be presented in Krakow, and about the progress on priorities ACTION (WP coordinators) : warn the physics group conveners that they have to come prepared at the meeting, and report at the next SPC meeting (21 or 22 September) -> In general, push for the analyses that have started to come to a conclusion at the workshop (NB. With a note and and arXiv preprint!), and use the workshop as an incentive to start things that need to start. 3) Detector Concepts * Requirements for detector R&D. Higgs factories are now ranking very high in the ECFA Roadmap, but the FCC specificities must be pushed further. ACTION (DC Coordinators): work on the "Call for abstracts" formulation accordingly and carefully * Follow up of the summer Detector Concepts summer workshop (with Software and Physics Performance) ACTION (DC/SC/PPe coordinators): Come with a definite suggestion at the next SPC meeting 4) Software and Computing * Foresee presentations on the same model as for the summer Detector Concept workshop * Special emphasis on the work that is going on (plug and play, machine/beam background simulation, ...) 5) MDI ACTION (MDI coordinators): think of a plan for the MDI session Obvious topics are Beam Pipe engineering and supports, vertex detector and lumical support, vertex detector options, beam backgrounds (NB. Maybe add a summary of the review concerning the experiment requirements on civil engineering and technical infrastructure, including the effect of larger/smaller cavern on the search for HNL) 6) EPOL Nobody present at the meeting. ACTION (EPOL coordinators) : send first thoughts by email ACTION (Christophe, Patrick): Check with Alain if we should invite Guy Wilkinson to these meetings. 7) General introduction, general talks -> Michael Benedikt for a review of the project -> Maybe a short introduction from Fabiola in zoom (or in person of she wishes) ACTION (Christophe, Patrick) : Invite Michael and Fabiola asap. -> Snowmass progress. MLM does not think anything new will be ready. ACTION (Christophe, Patrick): Ask Sarah and Dmitri about it, or maybe even Hitoshi ? -> Sustainable HEP workshop: should we invite somebody for a summary at the workshop ? -> Of course, an introductory talk giving the goals of the meeting, and maybe a summary talk (final thoughts, or something) ACTION (SPC): think of a summary speaker. It does not have to be Christophe or Patrick. External input is better. 8) Informal Forum of National Contacts + Global Collaboration WG ACTION (SPC): Foresee a 1.5h session at some point in the agenda. ACTIoN (Greg): Invite the members of INFC and synchronise with Emmanuel Tsesmelis 9) ACTION (All): Prepare something tangible for next meeting, possibly with a first list of talks and plans for invitations.
