RQF1879067 - Rename functional position from Layout

  • Webservice implemented
  • Discussion with layout service on the 4th of October
  • Need to decide who should be allowed (admins)
     

RQF1879050 - Expire Functional positions in Infor from Layout

  • User-defined field (expiry date) to be reserved on EAM positions
  • Additional logic to be discussed and implemented

RQF1879029 - Move a set of assets e.g. a crate and its modules from one parent position to another

  • More details provided on the ticket
  • Priority is on dismantling a set of assets
  • Need to decide where the assets go after detachment

RQF1825090 - Install Equipment - Test

  • New version of EAM Light deployed in TEST
  • More work expected on the tree structure to be implemented and tested

RQF1879056 - Allow an e-group to be specified as the responsible of an Asset/Functional Position InforEAM

  • Consistency check on EAM employees removed on TEST
  • Discussion with Layout on the 4th of October about implementation details


RQF1879063 - Generate part in InforEAM from Naming Interface (button/wizard: “Create Part”) 

  • No clear-cut solution yet - remind David of his promise to discuss with Naming service
  • Update at next meeting

Also discussion about handling stock level notifications

  • Eve should present what she did and we will see how to implement an alert based on EAM data (part stock across N stores and compare with installed equipment for a subset of parts)
    • may need to reserve user-defined part fields for minimum stock level (with UOM)

Equipment generator demo (Goran)

  • Could potentially be of interest for asset generation
  • Demo on TEST proposed if BE-CEM interested
