  1. And decide who from the stakeholder groups should be interviewed.Catherine has suggested
    
    Tom Griffin (Director of Scientific Computing Dept): as chair of STFC’s IT Committee; this has strategic oversight of IT within STFC
    Nigel Townley (UKRI’s CTO) as leader if UKRI’s DDAT which provides corporate UKRI IT and overarching strategy.
    Anton Lawrence (DI) as chair of the IT Operation’s Board:, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operation and development of IT services. It has representatives of the federated IT support teams within STFC.
  2. Interactions with DL staff
  3. John Ginever would like to have a discussion with Tony Cass before the December 5th meeting. Are we happy with this?
  4. Catherine will propose dates in the weeks of January 9^th, 16^th & 23^rd for a follow-up Zoom meeting.
