STEP 3 - Allow up to 2 business days to receive your registration confirmation, and an itemized receipt.

[1]: Fees don’t include 5% GST (Goods and Services Tax) and 2.5% processing fee. [2]: Researchers in a fixed-term position who completed their PhD degree no more than 3 years ago (not counting e.g. sick, parental, etc. leaves).
No refunds after April 14th, 2023.
The items included in each fee are as follows:
Delegates, students and postdocs fees include attendance at all sessions, program, conference bag, lunches, coffee breaks, and all social events, including welcome reception on Mon., May 15th, 2023 and conference dinner on Thurs., May 18th, 2023.
Accompanying person fee includes all social events.
