The main meeting will be held in the Room W117 in the Physics West building on the University of Birmingham main campus (Map). The campus is most easily accessed by rail (2 stops from Birmingham New Street).
The dinner will be held at the University-run Edgbaston Park Hotel (Lloyd suite, Hornton grange), which is around a 10 minute walk from the School of Physics.
Nearby parking can be found at the North East car park on Pritchatts Road but this requires payment for visitors. Those staying overnight at the Edgbaston Park Hotel should register their vehicle with the reception when they arrive so they can then park free at the hotel or using the ground floor of the North East car park.
