The LHCb experiment has proven to be an extraordinary laboratory for spectroscopy, both for "conventional" and "exotic" new hadron searches. Thanks to its excellent tracking system, particle identification and trigger efficiency, LHCb has observed many new states over the past few years including double-charm baryons and pentaquark states. In this talk, we briefly review a decade of spectroscopy studies at the LHCb experiment and we present the latest experimental results, which include the first observation of two new baryons in the Xib systems.
