During the kick-off meeting for the KM3NeT – INFRADEV2 project, the Consortium was informed about the coordination of the project, its obligations and objectives. The Kick-Off meeting brought together the leaders of all the work packages with most of their team members and marked a very positive start of the project.

It was organised as an online event in order to participate in the collaboration efforts towards a more sustainable travel and mobility policy. Most of the participants being used to work together regularly and for several years, an online event was not an obstacle to an effective participation and communication. Giving these considerations, many of KM3NeT-INFRADEV2 meetings will be held remotely.

During the Organisational Workshop, partners further agreed on management issues. Minutes of the workshop are available on the Google drive INFRADEV2 folder.

The kick-off meeting report will be the first INFRADEV2 deliverable. It will be submitted on the EU Portal by the CPPM on the 31^st of March 2023 as a public document. All partners will find this deliverable in the Google drive INFRADEV2 folder.
