Dear all, unfortunatelly I will not be able to praticipate in the COD meeting this week. Therefore I would appreciate if you have a look at the status of the Operational Manual so far that is described bellow. Please take into account these when you discuss the next changes of the operations manual. In the draft version of it Gilles has made the following changes: * Merged former 7.1, 7.5 and 8.1 in a new section 7.4 called "problem tracking tool". * Instructions on how to create a ticket from the dashboard and how the mail should look like. 1.1 - updated link to CIC portal 3.1 - updated link to administration page on CIC portal 5 - updated links and description for RC/ROC reports on CIC portal 7.2 - updated link to handover log 7.3 - updated link to the COD dashboard 8 - Text updated to reflect current state of the dashboard 8.1 - updated link to CIC portal 8.4 - updated time for Operations Meeting 10 - updates links to CIC portal and to EGEE broadcast tool Some Open Issues: 1. Verify the procedure for the certificate validity test. Is that resolved after the discussion in the OPS workshop and various mailing lists? 2. Procedure for ticket reopening has to be defined and implemented in the CIC portal so that when a ticket is reopoened alla relevant parties are notfied. 3. Opening tickets that are not associated with alarms. 4. Procedure for chacing COD tickets that have been reasigned to other support units.
